Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. In the wake of quitting her gymnastics career from childhood Ariel started competing in fitness events at the age of sixteen. When she was 17 She was awarded her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model as well as a sponsored athlete. She first began to participate in fitness shows after giving up her gymnastics career from childhood. Within a year she earned her Professional Card when she was 17. Thus becoming the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel was off the stage for six years to complete college. In 2015, she returned to the stage to compete in top-quality contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. When she won her first competition in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years setting new goals. In 2009 she won four more health titles. She also became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) by winning in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel took a six-year break from competition to get her college degree. In October 2015 Ariel made her return by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She came in third at the event. The summer of 2016, she was winning the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for be a part of the Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage a month later, and returned with a 6th place, for the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled of her 6th position within the fitness division even though she being completely unprepared. Ariel had to compete against some of the most top athletes. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing an improved version of her physique each year. Ariel's top body part to train is the back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm pulldowns using lats, as well as pullups with a machine, as well as bent-over rows. It is common to warm up before the workout.
